Tools and work orders
In this project, I lead the design of the Fluke Connect ecosystem including web, mobile and handheld tools to define the user experience of using Fluke tools with work orders.

User researcH & initial concepts
To kick off the design for tools and work orders, we conducted phone interviews and site visits. In later interviews and visits, I also tested 2 design concepts for the project.

Concept 1
- Prefer Concept 1 as work phones are not provided.
- It's easier to work without worrying about dropping your phone.
- No need to switch between the tool and the phone app.
Concept A
More flexible and faster. You can connect to multiple tools.
No extra transfer of assets and download of test results.
- Immediately access to maintenace records when work orders are completed.
Design LOG
In this project, I experimented with using a design log to capture and share design ideas. A section of the electronic design log is displayed below.
Sample Wireframes
I initiated the use of InVision for sharing wireframes to better communicate our designs to developers in different parts of the world. This initiative was adopted by the organization. It helped us work more effectively and efficiently across various distributed teams.
For this project, I created 3 sets of wireframes. Samples of these wireframes are displayed below.

EPILOGUE
This is the first Fluke tool to utilize the entire Fluke Connect ecosystem starting with assets and work orders on Fluke Connect Web App to Fluke Connect Mobile App and Fluke Vibration Meter then download and synchronize test results back to work orders/assets in Fluke Connect Web App. This project involves the integration of existing and new components within the Fluke Connect ecosystems.
